Team Leader Combi Area

Overview

Pilgrim's Europe is currently seeking a Team Leader with expertise in a food manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in assisting the Packing Hall Assistant Manager in coordinating and leading the Combi area.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 05:00 to 14:00 and 13:30 to 22:00 - rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the line is operating correctly and efficiently.
• Ensuring that GMP standards are met and that all products are produced and packed to the correct quality and food safety standards.
• Organising and controlling daily issues within your area, whilst fulfilling production plans to the required technical, quality, specification and food safety standards.
• Being proactive with breakdowns.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of HACCP and quality control.
• Customer focused.
• Proactive, practical, and methodical.
• Planning and organising skills.
• Interpersonal skills including the ability to evaluate and respond appropriately.
