Role Overview

As a Care Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising your shift.
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
  • Administering and recording medication.
  • Carrying out risk assessments.
  • Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain as active and independent as possible.
  • Collaborating closely with the leadership team to develop services.
  • Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
  • Excellent organizational skills and IT literacy.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes.
  • Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication.
  • A natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.
