Shaw healthcare is seeking a Residential Team Leader for Sycamore Lodge. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to improving the lives of Vacancy Filler's service users, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Utilize advanced care technology to spend more quality time with service users.
• Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with your Line Manager regarding residents' needs and progress.
• Write and maintain care plans in accordance with guidelines.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Experience in working with older individuals in a residential setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A completed or in-progress QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Flexibility, patience, and a caring attitude.

Salary: £13.58 per hour. Working hours: Full-time available for nights with a 36-hour contract.
