The Role:
As a Team Leader in Westminster City Council's Resident Support Services team, you can make a significant contribution to Westminster’s success. You will manage the operational delivery of Pest Control and the Handyperson Service, ensuring your team meets the relevant requirements and delivers continuous service improvement to enhance the quality of life, safety, and wellbeing of the people in Westminster City Council's diverse communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects and programmes that contribute to effective service delivery.
- Focusing on improving efficiency and customer service while reducing risk and harm.
- Developing positive relationships with Council colleagues and external partners.
- Establishing a coordinated and integrated approach to service management.
- Leading by example and modeling Westminster City Council's values.
Collaboration is key, and Westminster City Council expect you to work closely with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to build a sustainable and highly effective organization. You may occasionally be required to work outside normal hours for meetings, inspections, or resident interactions.
