Location: Balsall Common (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager ready to lead software development projects from conception to delivery? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that specializes in artistic CAD and CNC machining software, helping revolutionize 2D and 3D product design.

The Technical Project Manager will oversee full lifecycle project management, working closely with development teams and stakeholders. A background in software development is beneficial, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software development projects.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Manage risks, quality, and project objectives.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in software project management, in a technical capacity working closely with software engineering teams - hands-on background beneficial.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
