Technical Packaging Operator

Overview

As a Technical Packaging Operator at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining high standards in Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I's beer production process. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a strong health and safety culture through teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensuring quality standards by following the clean in place (CIP) programs.
• Managing keg deliveries and collections efficiently.
• Performing mechanical changeovers and conducting hourly quality checks.
• Loading and unloading materials and finished goods safely using FLT or PPT.

Work-life balance is important, as this position requires both day and night shifts, running production 24/5, with occasional weekend duties during busy periods.

Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I is looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for producing high-quality beer and understands quality in process production.
• Possesses technical and fault-finding skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibits good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Is computer literate with the ability to follow screen instructions.
• Holds a full FLT Licence and PPT.
