Responsibilities:

• Receive full recruitment training from a leading provider.
• Engage in business development and client generation.
• Place teachers and teaching assistants into short and long-term roles.
• Meet with schools, advertise positions, and interview candidates.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, a sales background (high-end retail or phone-based telesales).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Career-focused and money motivated.
• Driven to succeed and willing to exceed expectations to deliver exceptional service.
