About the Role

The Temporary Staffing team is an essential part of the organisation, managing temporary staffing needs effectively to ensure safe healthcare provision in Kent, East Sussex, and London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct team management and coordination of communication channels including telephone lines, email inboxes, and urgent chats.
  • Act as a point of escalation for team queries.
  • Train the team in both legacy and newly implemented processes.
  • Monitor KPIs while proposing areas for service development and improvement.
  • Review compliance and key areas such as recruitment and invoicing.
  • Support pay queries for temporary and agency workers.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures specific to the role.
  • Collaborate with the Temporary Staffing Office Manager and external teams on various tasks.
  • Understand the impact of the service on stakeholders within KCHFT and external partners.
