Overview

The salary range for this position is:

• £32,437.03 - £40,358.57 per year

The working hours are:

• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

As a Trainee Valuer, you will:

• Assist in the survey and valuation of lands and heritages.
• Undertake the survey and valuation of domestic and non-domestic properties within Fife.
• Work towards becoming a full professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Work Arrangement

This role allows for a “blended working” arrangement, offering:

• Remote working opportunities.
• Occasional office working as required.

The Person

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educated to SCQF Level 9, including a degree or equivalent, preferably accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional engagement with stakeholders.
• Proficient IT skills and knowledge of Data Protection principles.
• Ability to produce clear and accurate documentation.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
• Willingness to travel to various locations throughout Fife.
