The salary range for this position is:
- £32,437.03 - £40,358.57 per year

Responsibilities
As a Trainee Valuer, you will:
- Assist in the survey and valuation of lands and heritages.
- Undertake the survey and valuation of domestic and non-domestic properties within Fife.
- Work towards becoming a full professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Work Arrangement
This role allows for a “blended working” arrangement, offering:
- Remote working opportunities.
- Occasional office working as required.
The Person
To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educated to SCQF Level 9, including a degree or equivalent, preferably accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional engagement with stakeholders.
- Proficient IT skills and knowledge of Data Protection principles.
- Ability to produce clear and accurate documentation.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
- Willingness to travel to various locations throughout Fife.
