About the Role:
This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/3/2025. The role involves recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers and students. You will lead the delivery of qualifications for service users and peer supporters, promoting mutual aid throughout the Borough. Responsibilities also include coordinating Borough Recovery activities and leading service user involvement, such as focus groups and audits. Collaboration with CNWL and other key partners is essential.
The position is based at Hounslow ARC at Montague Hall in Hounslow.
About You:
You should be a driven individual with strong engagement skills, capable of connecting with people through face-to-face meetings, written communication, and online platforms like Microsoft Teams. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with SystmOne is advantageous.
Phoenix Futures encourage applications from those with lived experience of substance addiction recovery or the Criminal Justice System. A DBS check is mandatory, and proof of the right to work in the UK will be needed.
