What will I be doing?

As a Resident Vocalist Entertainer, you will be responsible for creating a fun and joyful atmosphere for all Warner Leisure Hotels's guests.

• Engage and interact with guests to create a fun and memorable holiday experience.
• Perform in solo and group cabaret and high-quality production shows.
• Host various entertainment activities such as multimedia quizzes, walks, hotel tours and games from the What’s On program.
• Help to plan and coordinate special events and activities.
• Lead dance classes and encourage guest participation.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Help to set up and maintain equipment and supplies for entertainment activities.
• Provide exceptional guest service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns.
• Develop both your people and product knowledge skills to deliver truly joyful moments.
• Promote sales through superior service aiming to exceed Warner Leisure Hotels's guest’s needs and expectations.
• Work with the team to keep all backstage, onstage and entertainment areas clean, presentable and safe at all times.
• Maintain and store your uniform and costumes in the correct manner.
• Attend scheduled rehearsals and refresh material as needed to ensure all content is delivered to the highest standards.
