Voluntary Services Assistant

Overview

Volunteers have been an essential resource in healthcare since 1948, contributing uniquely and valuably to the experiences of patients, visitors, and staff. The post holder will support the Volunteer Services Manager (VSM) in effectively delivering a quality Volunteer Service at Medway NHS Foundation Trust.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and day-to-day running of the Volunteer Service.
• Assist in coordinating volunteer activities and events.
• Provide support to volunteers, patients, and staff as needed.
