Vehicle Technician

Overview

Expleo is currently seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a leading Automotive Research and Development Team for a Global Automotive Manufacturer. You will work within a dedicated team on a contract basis, primarily in Milton Keynes, engaging in the testing and development of future vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading investigations into faults and performance issues.
• Assembling and disassembling parts, components, or vehicles for testing.
• Maintaining the test vehicle fleet to ensure products meet customer requirements.

Key requirements include:

• Education: Ideally, City & Guilds/BTEC/IMI/NVQ Level 3.
• Understanding of vehicle disassembly, assembly, and maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools, such as CANalyzer.
• Electronic or electrical background in automotive is desirable.
• Basic machining or fabrication experience is a plus.
