About the Role

As a Warehouse Desk Clerk, you'll play an essential role in the logistics of Lidl's operations, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish. You will manage various desk activities, supporting Lidl's team in maintaining high standards in Lidl's supply chain operations.

Shift Patterns

Shift Times:

• 05:00 - 13:30
• 06:00 - 14:30
• 08:00 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management of desk processes
• Liaising with regional Supply Chain and Head Office
• Processing delivery notes, invoices, and driver documents
• Managing discrepancies in inventory counts
• Preparing documents for shift starts and ends
• Supporting warehouse inventory

Requirements

• Experience in administration within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and partners
• Flexibility for early morning or late-night shifts as needed
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel and Word
