Job Responsibilities:

• Carefully picking, packing, and dispatching online orders
• Ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped on time
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Managing stock, including receiving deliveries and restocking
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Working with a friendly team to meet daily goals

Key Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required as full training is provided
• A valid driving license and access to transport (due to The Harrogate Organics Company's location and occasional weekend work)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and a friendly, hard-working nature
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
