Your Day-to-Day

You'll ensure high-quality writing across Monzo's platforms, championing great writing and helping others improve their skills. Collaboration with teams is key, and you will join a creative studio to enhance the quality of content.

A Typical Day Could Include:

• Collaborating with Product Designers on app screens
• Participating in user research sessions
• Writing error messages with engineer input
• Editing legal content with in-house lawyers

This Is For You If:

• You're skilled in content design, UX writing, or product writing
• You're comfortable using data to guide your approach
• You've worked in tech or finance
