Warehouse Operative

Overview

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you'll ensure that Lidl's stores receive the right stock at the right time. This role involves picking products, checking stock, and handling deliveries independently. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail.

Pay and Benefits

Enjoy competitive hourly pay, starting at £12.70, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 for night shifts. Benefits include:

Responsibilities

• Listen to picking instructions and carry them out swiftly
• Pack various products including meat and frozen items
• Ensure secure and stacked deliveries
• Report damaged items to management
• Work independently through your orders
