Warehouse Operative

Overview

EVO have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join EVO's Lutterworth based Logistics team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all stock is safely loaded and unloaded from delivery vehicles within the hub. This involves:

• Breaking loads down into delivery routes.
• Scanning items as necessary.
• Preparing bulk paper palettes for drivers.
• Securing loads and providing necessary paperwork.
• Covering holidays and absences as required.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and have the ability to work well in a team. EVO value a flexible attitude toward working hours, including a willingness to perform overtime as needed. Physical fitness is essential due to the nature of the tasks, which involve walking, standing, lifting, and stretching. Strong communication skills, along with basic numeracy and literacy, are required, alongside integrity and common sense.
