Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Warminster, Wiltshire
Compensation: £25,182 + Benefits
Role Type: Full time / Permanent
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be a vital part of a small team responsible for supporting onsite operational requirements. Your daily tasks will involve:
- Managing supplier deliveries within the goods-inward department
- Conducting outbound picking activities based on customer demands
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Proposing and implementing innovative changes in operational tasks
- Ensuring personal health and safety as well as that of others in the work area
This role requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and using tools, often standing for extended periods.
Essential Experience:
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Familiarity with warehousing and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems (desirable)
- Knowledge of warehouse (SAP) systems (desirable)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
