Night Warehouse Operatives

PLEASE NOTE THE ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO WORK IN A CHILLED ENVIRONMENT. TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 3-5 DEGREES.

Location: Waltham Cross, Herts

Salary: £27,456

Shift: 40 hrs pw on 5 over 7 shift patterns (including Weekend work)

Shift Times: 7pm-5am

To be successful in your application, you will need to have the following:

• Prepared to work in a chilled environment (3°c - 5°c)
• Heavy lifting is required within this role. Lifting items weighing up to 25kg. A level of physical fitness is required.
• Accurately picking and preparing goods for production ensuring smooth operations for the following day's production.
• Managing stock levels and inventory with precision to ensure quality is upheld.
• Using HHD devices to accurately pick customer orders efficiently and checking accuracy and quality.
• Reporting any shorts or damaged products to your team leader or operations manager.
• Resolving discrepancies promptly to your team leader or operations manager.
• Assembling the products on the pallet in a safe manner, avoiding compression and damage.
• Operating key vehicles, such as counterbalance and reach trucks, to handle and move goods efficiently.
• Working as trained whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of the team in a fast-paced environment.
