Position: Wellbeing Personal Trainer

Location: Guildford FWC | Fitness | Permanent | Full Time

Salary: From £28,512.64 up to £39,108.16 OTE depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer, you will:

• Carry out high-quality inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.

• Have the opportunity for further training from the in-house Personal Best program, upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, plus additional CPD opportunities.

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, comprised of 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your PT earning potential of up to £39,108.16 OTE. During probation, all contracts will require a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earnings will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential, with a sliding scale for PT sessions: the more you deliver, the higher your take-home earnings.
