Warehouse Picker

Overview

Challenge Group have an amazing opportunity for you to work as a full-time Warehouse Picker to join Challenge Group's hardworking and welcoming team in Livingston, EH54. You will be part of a dedicated logistics team providing innovative and first-class solutions!

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Picker is:

• Day Rate = £11.66p/h
• An additional £3.03 for the hours worked between 06:00 and 07:00
• An additional £1.65 for the hours worked between 16:00 and 18:00
• An additional £2.37 for the hours worked between 18:00 and 22:00
• An additional £3.03 for the hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00
• An additional £1.13 per hour for working in the freezer
• An overtime rate of £17.49 per hour (paid after 37.5 hours)
• A fantastic KPI performance related bonus!

*Peak Bonus between November and December Up to £500 attendance and performance bonus to be paid in January (subject to T&Cs)*

What hours will you work as a Warehouse Picker?

You will be working 37.5hrs per week, on an 'any 5 from 7' pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 06:00 or 08:00 to 17:00. You will be able to pick a shift and stay on that shift, depending on your availability.

Your role as a Warehouse Picker:

• Challenge Group's Warehouse Pickers work in any area of Challenge Group's warehouse from ambient to chilled to frozen - this is a great way to learn all about Challenge Group's business and how Challenge Group support the wider supply chain.
• Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP's.
• Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles.

As a Warehouse Picker you will also have access to:

• Regular temp to perm conversions after 12 weeks.
• LLOP training and certification will be provided - no experience needed.
