Right Choice North West Ltd is seeking a reliable and friendly Sales Advisor. You will play a crucial role in Right Choice North West Ltd's small, family business by providing exceptional customer service while promoting Right Choice North West Ltd's products and services. The working hours for this position are between 10:15 to 14:15 on Saturday and Sunday, on alternate weekends in the first instance.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Right Choice North West Ltd's product range to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Handle customer enquiries and take sales appointments, both in person and over the phone.
• Keep the sales area well-organised, clean, and visually appealing.
• Ability to work and manage the sales site independently, following completion of training.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic computer skills including responding to emails.

Expected Hours

8 hours per week.

Schedule

• Weekends only.
