The Beauchamp is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join The Beauchamp's dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring The Beauchamp's guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for food and excellent customer service skills, The Beauchamp would love to hear from you.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets The Beauchamp's standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support catering events by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as required.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
