Your Graduate scheme
The graduate placement for a Water Services Scientist is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training in various aspects of water treatment, water quality, and environmental protection.
Your Development

Good to know
Your graduate scheme could be based anywhere across Wales. With notice, you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders. The recruitment process will be running until December 8th. Should your application meet Welsh Water's criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, likely to take place between February and March 2025. Further information will be provided closer to the time. Welsh Water is looking for a CV and cover letter that showcase how you will make a difference and add value.
