Warehouse Supervisor - Immediate Start

Overview

Alliance Automotive Group is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join Alliance Automotive Group's distribution centre in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your background in warehousing for those individuals with leadership experience.

Available Shifts

• 40 hours per week covering either days or nights (your hours per week will include weekend cover).

Enhanced rate for weekends and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the First Line Manager in managing and coaching warehouse operatives, including performance discussions and individual development.
• Contribute to recruitment, selection, and training of new warehouse operatives.
• Drive performance on key metrics to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain the highest safety standards on site.
• Review labour plans to ensure adequate cover.
• Provide feedback and create plans for operational gaps.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic activities.
• Facilitate culture change and turnover reduction.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Strong people and change management skills.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Customer-focused approach to management.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
