• Be happy working in a large team for a branded operation.

Job Summary: The Cliff Pub want guest-focused, sales-oriented team members only. Experience in bar and restaurant positions is not needed. Hours are flexible around school times for those who need it; The Cliff Pub just ask that you are available to work Christmas Day daytime.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Promote menu items through effective upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience.

Salary and Benefits: Salary is minimum wage plus tips, but even at entry level can be upwards of £31,000 per annum pro rata based on:

• National living wage (age dependent) £11.44 x 40 hours = £455 per week.
• Approx. cash tips per week = £60 (based on recent averages).
• Approx. card tips per week = £80 (based on recent averages).
