Outcomes First Group is looking for a Youth Coach/Teaching Assistant to join Outcomes First Group's outstanding team at Red Kite School in Princes Risborough!

As a Youth Coach, you will connect directly with the brilliant pupils and young people Outcomes First Group care for, helping to ensure they get the very best from their education. Each individual has so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing learning materials and running classroom activities.
• Taking responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of pupils.
• Supporting pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Engaging pupils in hands-on experiences and providing supervision.

Who Outcomes First Group is Looking For

Outcomes First Group would love to hear from candidates who have their GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths and who have some experience with SEN and working within a school. You will be adaptable and ready to work in various classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors according to individual needs.
