Younger Persons Training Officer - Immediate Start

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Younger Persons Training Officer to join Connexus's team at Connexus in Ludlow. This role focuses on engaging young people in employment, education, and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building good relationships with young people.
• Planning and running resident meetings and workshops.
• Listening to "youth voice" and addressing barriers to employment.
• Collaborating with partners and educational providers.

Connexus seek someone confident with a can-do attitude, who can think outside the box and remain calm in crisis situations. The role involves working on a 6-day rota with shifts that could be:

• 9am to 5.30pm
• 10am to 6.30pm
• 1.30pm to 10pm
